THE ESSENTIAL LIGHT MUSIC RESOURCE

Our vast library of Light Orchestral and Dance Band music is used by professional and amateur orchestras, dance bands, recording companies and those conducting academic research. 

The Light Music Society catalogues contain a full listing of all the music we hold. However some of this repertoire is for 'reference only' and is therefore not for performance or cannot be removed from the library. The library team will be happy to ensure that the music you require is available.

Library Administration Charges

Members of the society can borrow music from our Library.
The administration charges for the borrowing of orchestral sets are as follows:

Short pieces: £32 for a 3-month loan period
Longer pieces*: £43 for a 3-month loan period

If an extended loan is required, the rate is £12 per month
All orders are plus P&P, which can vary depending on the weight of the parcel

* Longer pieces include selections, suites, rhapsodies etc.
