To Request Pieces of Music from Our Library

Music may be borrowed by Light Music Society members for an administration charge plus postage and packing. This is not a hire fee and does not include any performance fees. Notifications about performances are the responsibility of borrowers.

Basic administration charges for loans of up to 3 months:

  • Short pieces: £32, for a 3-month loan period
  • Longer pieces: £43 for a 3-month loan period*

*Suites, Rhapsodies, Selections etc

 

BULK DISCOUNT OFFER

We realise that our member groups are also trying to manage their own finances, so we are offering a "bulk discount" offer, whereby the more you borrow the more you save:

  • Borrow between 4 – 6 sets, save 10%
  • Borrow more than 7 sets, save 15%

 

£12 per month if extension of loan is required

All orders are plus P&P which vary depending on weight.

 

Orders can be sent in at any time, but please try to give us plenty of notice, as we are currently only in the library one day a week.

Regarding number of parts required, please tell us exactly how many of each part you would ideally like. We cannot guarantee they will be available, but we will do our best!
