Notice is given that the 2021 AGM will be held on Sunday 29th August 2021 at 5.30pm.

Two resolutions are proposed:

1. To amend the constitution to allow for “virtual” and “hybrid” meetings, as well as physical meetings, and to correct some minor typographical errors in the constitution. READ HERE

2. The election of Trustees:

The following current trustees have all indicated their willingness to stand for re-election, and will resign immediately prior to the resolution for election being moved:

After much discussion, Dan Adams and Sarah Glossop have decided to step down as trustees in order to dedicate themselves more to their roles as Web & Magazine Editor and Membership Secretary respectively. They will continue to report back to the board of trustees wherever necessary, whilst avoiding conflicts of interest between their day-to-day LMS work and trustee positions.
